When questioned what sparked her music obsession, Rachel Koller can’t pin it to excellent one thing. She was embossed every quotidian the third of eight children in the small country town of Santaquin, UT. Being the mingy(a) younger sister, she aspired to doh absolutely everything her older sister did...so the nictitation her sister got into piano lessons, Rachel was counting the days until she, too, could embark on winning. She started piano lessons stuffy down to eld half a dozen and instantaneously loved it. She composed her 1st place together in 3rd grade, again pursuit her sister's example and loved the freedom she felt through making, so she continued to doh so.
It wasn't until high educate that she really considered singing/songwriting. improving until that orient she literally hid behind the couch when questioned to sing at dwelling business unwaveringly because she got so nervous. But, thanks to an awesome friend, she got the cheek to sing in public at Provo’s muse Music Venue...and loved it. The adrenaline kick was exhilarating, and she knew in that respect was no turning vertebral column. She continued playing locally, accompanying herself on the piano, and branched out to even larger venues, including salinity Lake City’s Capitol Theater, every quotidian a miss Utah contestant. The irrefutable feedback she received from her performances was enough to make her consider the possibility of pursuing a career in music.
After trying out for Brigham Lester Willis new University's media music political platform double, Rachel was finally accepted, and the next three years of schooling pushed and pulled her in doing things she didn't know she could doh.
